Sherie brings with her 30 years of real estate experience to the Capacity office. She began her real estate career in 1981, spending 19 years with Norris & Stevens in Portland before joining Capacity as our office manager. She works alongside our Principles and the entire Capacity team to make sure the office is run in an efficient and professional manor. Sherie is also a Member of The Portland Human Resource Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. Go Beavers!

Megan comes to Capacity Commercial Group with a year’s experience in the Residential Real Estate Industry. Graduating with a BS in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland, Megan focused on visual communication to further her passion for graphic design and marketing. She spent three years on the university’s yearbook staff, advancing to the role of Editor in Chief. Her creative eye and eagerness to learn help provide marketing insight and administrative support to Capacity’s industrial team

Liz is a dynamic, senior marketing professional skilled in managing and implementing creative marketing solutions and believes that strategy is nothing without execution. With over 15 years of marketing communications leadership, her unique background is versatile and adaptable to multiple roles and functions in a variety of industries. Before joining Capacity Commercial Group, she worked in Marketing Management and Technology Consulting, and enjoys the challenge of working with a strong group of office and industrial brokers.

Dianne comes to Capacity with a varied commercial real estate background spanning nine years in property management, brokerage, and executive level support, most recently with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. She demonstrates her “can do” spirit every day by excelling in organizational efficiencies, multi-tasking, and providing acute attention to detail, a requirement for managing her day-to-day workflow. Dianne is pleased to join the staff of Capacity Commercial Group and is eager to share her administrative talents with her team of office brokers.

Kate comes to Capacity with a varied commercial real estate background spanning five years in property management, brokerage, and executive level support, most recently with Harsch Investment Properties. Her industry experience is well rounded, giving her the big picture advantage. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, as well as her love for the industry make her a dynamic addition to the staff. Kate is excited to join the Capacity Industrial team, and looks forward to sharing her experience with their existing talents.
