Prior to joining Capacity Commercial Group, Scott was recognized as Cushman & Wakefield's top revenue producer between 1994 and 2004, in addition to being a finalist in BOMA's broker of the year awards in 1994-96 and 1998. He has closed transactions for a combined total of $1B and total aggregate square footage of 8M during his 32 year career. Scott is a past President of the Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and was named the 2005 CAR Member of the Year. Scott’s knowledge and experience is highly regarded within the Portland real estate market and he has been a guest speaker at IREM and ULI, among other industry events throughout his career. | ||

Mike Nye, SIOR, is one of the three founders of Capacity Commercial Group, which formed in 2004, and received recognition as one of Oregon’s fastest growing companies in 2009. Prior to the inception of Capacity Commercial Group, Mike held executive positions at both Trammell Crow Company and Grubb & Ellis. During his 14 years in commercial real estate, Mike has closed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions, saving his clients millions of dollars. He solely focuses on representing business tenants with purchase or lease transactions. His dedication to the practice reflects the belief that business relationships are not built to go fast; they are built to go far. In his 27-year real estate career, John has successfully completed over 6.2 million SF of leases and sales of office and flex product, and he’s just getting started. Before joining Capacity as Principal, as its Managing Director, John helped transform the Portland office of Colliers International into one of the market’s top firms. In 2004, John received national attention when he won the SIOR Office Deal of 2004 Award for his work with Moss Adams, LLP. In 2007, John closed in excess of $134M of Investment Real Estate. Notable transactions included the $68M AmberGlen Business Park and the $33.1M sale of ADP Plaza. Nick is a highly accomplished and self-motivated broker who is passionate both personally and professionally about real estate. His education includes a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA in Real Estate and MS in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. Nick joined Capacity Commercial Group’s investment division in 2007, and is also active in office and restaurant leasing.
